These cookies take approximately 2 minutes to prepare and 13 minutes to bake. This means that you are only 15 minutes away from peanut butter & chocolate heaven. Did I mention that they’re vegan and gluten-free? I baked six, and froze the extra 14 dough balls for easy access in the future :)
Adapted from Chocolate & Carrots’ recipe: makes roughly 20 tablespoon-sized cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 very ripe banana, mashed
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, banana, and baking soda in a medium bowl, and then stir in the chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop and drop the dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned on the edges. Let cool (or not) and enjoy!
